Xoasis.com sucks!
I know they are free domain hosts, but they suck! They say the have a cgi-bin, but it doesn't work! They're liars. Also, they NEVER answer your support. Its been a year ( I am not lying ) and i still got no answer. Its a good thing i quit and made my own host.

yeh i know they suckz....
i signed up with em. i still cant access ftp (been like 2 months). it sucks. i used the paid service. if you really want a paid service use
