100mbit Dedicated Server Needed

My current website is hosted by QuackWeb and they are great host, but I'm looking to see if I can find a better offer for a second server since I ran out of monthly transfer. Here is my current (managed) server:

Monthly Cost: $119 / Month (no setup fee)
Disk Space: 160 GB
RAM: 1024 MB
Processor: Pentium III 1.0 GHz
Operating System: Fedora Core 2
IP Addresses: 4 Included
Bandwidth: 1800 GB
Control Panel: DirectAdmin
Connection: 100Mbps

I need those minimum specs for lower price; but having lower amount of disk space (40 GB at least) in exchange for higher bandwidth would be better. I'm a bit wary of "unmetered" servers, but if it's a reliable company that won't terminate my account if I use like 8000 GB a month and has a low amount of downtime, then I'm ok with it.
