5G space + 50G bandwith

I want to offer my customers (monthly paying members) free hosting. Thus I want to offer (per member)

Unix
5GB space
50GB bandwith
Unlimited or 10 domains per member
24/7 FTP access
Mysql database (unlimited preferred)
PHP
CGI
CPanel for each customer
24/7 instant customer support to my customers(chat/email/phone and/or ticket)

I prefer private labeled but if you have good reputation, it doesn't need be.

The membership is still on paper but I'm looking at 1000 members max. So that translates to 5TB space if I sold all my membership. (My members won't use 5GB each anyway but a competitor is giving this so I need to be at par)

Billing: I'll bill my own customers.

I prefer pay-as-u-go type. I don't know at what rate I'll getting subscribers to my membership site. Offer your paymnet plan. As my membership grows, I would probably opt for yearly payment. It can be on reseller or fully managed dedicated server.

Price: $2 per 5GB per month (max $3)

Alternatively, I can consider dedicated Dual Xeon 3.2 SATA drives. Start with few hundreds GB HD but upgradeable to 5TB as my business grows

We need a $50 deposit (refundable at anytime) simple because with all the transaction fees, not much will be left from the that amount.

You will have to deposit $50 and then for each client, you will be billed, $2.45 will be removed from the $50.

The $50 amount is refundable at anytime you want.

Sure, that is possible. Though, what you'll get for same price ($6.95 payment each month, no split) but you'll get 5 different accounts and 5 GB space each, 120 B/W each.
