A 1u colocation

i want to find a long term cheep solution to my dedi that i have now. i want to find a 1u space with a 10mbps line witha lot of bandwith as i will be hosting on it and right now i use in the region of 500gb and right now i pay £60 gbp a month so if anyone can do better then that please let me know. also i need to know about tec suport as every now and a gain i cant fix my server or i cant fix it from my end and may need a bit of asitince (i will only ask for it if it is really necercery) and if you can a remote reboot would be nice casi will be useing a crappy server and it will screw up a lot.

the price is very right but i host quite a few people on this server and i need more then 256 mb ram and 20gb drive i need at least 512 and 120
