Advice on Host ...

The company I'm working for is looking for a new hosting provider due to crappy service and support from our current.

We're a website design firm and host about 40 websites currently (Windows/SQL) - one of the issues with these folks is their billing gets all lumped into one fee - so we have no idea who actually got charged what and have to keep track of all that. - Any suggestions for how to manage that so the billing is itemized?


Also we need a dedicated (managed) server (Win) for our own stuff.

the biggest deal is 24/7 tech support via phone and email - gotta be 100% reliable.

any suggestions?
