Americas Army Hosting problem

Ok well im trying to host my own server on Americas Army and im using their server manager, if someone here has used this before i would apprecaite the help
So far iv gotten to the point where i can get into my own server from the comp im hosting but no one else can....
In the section wehre it asks for your IP when you set up your server it says to leave blank so you can play the game from comps on your network...i Did that, but when i go to the site to register the Server it says it needs an IP, do i put my static ip i created from portforward.com? or what because my static ip says its in use, i went to whatismyip.com and tried using that ip. but still cant get it
So if someone can please help me i would appreciate it...
Also when i connect to my Server it says my ip is 127.0.0.1 which isnt that every1's local IP so they will not be able to connect? how do i change that?

should be the external IP, try www.ipaddress.com

if its not there, try downloading this IP finder (I havent tried it)

That site gives me the same ip as Whatismyip.com....and i dont put an ip when i register my site because it says if you want to play on this server with any computer on your own network dont put and IP, then i go and register the server it asks for an ip...
