another dedicated server request
i am willing to spend around $80 a month

required needs -

- runs on linux
- processor about 1.5GHz or better (dont really care about what type of processor)
- 20gb space
- 50 - 100gb bandwidth
- deffinately needs cpanel / whm
- 128 or 256 mb RAM

extras (not competely necssary but would be very nice) -

- private name servers
- pre installed software (php, apache, mysql etc ... )
- a very good uptime
- not a huge setup fee
