I am looking for a quality but good in price asian dedicated server webhosting company, I prefer Japanese webhosts but other asian are welcome?

- Price range: starting from $50-100
- Webmin/Plesk control panel
- At least 99,99% uptime
- Celeron processors acceptable but preferable Pentium 4 processors
- At least 1 GB RAM DDR
- At least 60 GB space
- Bandwidth at least 500GB monthly
- Good support
- CentOS/Debian OS
- Low or no setup costs
