Back into the Webhost hunt.

After my recent debacle with Aplus.net I am now looking for a new webhost.

Basically just need a hosting plan that offers the following:

php5,

latest stable versions of MySQL and phpmyadmin,

Would like a decent cpanel,

At least 3 MySQL dbs (prefer innodb for FK constraints, etc),

Shell Access for my account,

Longer than 300 sec ftp login idle times,

West Coast local (central also a consideration),

Regular backups of my /folder and mysql databases,

Knowledgable tech support,

IMMEDIATE ACCESS.

That's about it. Would also like the basic offerings such as generous transfer/month, storage and standard 99.9% uptime.

If you can post some ballpark ranges of either budget, or transfer/storage requirements perhaps we could help you better.

Hmmm.. could go as high as $150 for a pre-paid year. Already own the domain so just transferring would be needed.
