Cheapest VPS for testing?

I'd like to get several virtual servers with different operating systems for testing purposes. I will be testing my application which is under development at the moment.

So quality doesn't matter - I only need few virtual servers that at least work sometimes Since I want to order few, I'm looking for the cheapest solution. Control panel is not needed since I will be working on command line only.

Where do I get the cheapest VPS?

Well the cheapest VPS I found so far was for 9.9$/mo.

There are no minimum specs in mind, but at least 100 MB of free hdd space would be nice. I don't need much of RAM and CPU power. I will only need one IP per VPS. No control panel needed - I will be working on command line only. I'm simply looking for the cheapest deals, since I will be buying several of these in different locations.

I could match that price if you don't require a control panel. $9.95/mo. for 1GB space, 64 megs of RAM, and one IP address.

If you plan on getting several, I'll be more than willing to set up a discount for you depending upon how many you decide to get.

I would be able to provide it for $8.50 per month with 64MB ram. But this depends on how many you are going to purchase and for how much time.
