My clan needs a server for Counter-Strike, what I want is below.

-24/7 Uptime
-No Webspace, I only need the server
-AMX Mod Pre-Installed
-12 Player Public
-FTP Access
-I don't need a lot of space for the server, so maybe just 2.5 GB more than what is taken up from the installation, AMX, etc.
