Counter-Strike servers

I'm not looking for a free server. I'm looking to get a discount on a multiple servers. I'm currently using gameservers.com and they are a great host but very expense. I pay 6 months at a time for most of my servers and 3 months for the rest. I'm using 3 game servers.

But i fell that if i "shopped around" I would find a better price and could get 5 for the same price. They are all 20 slots and pub servers. They are hosted in the mid-west/east cost

1-Chicago
1-New York
1-St. Louis

I also have a ventrilo server with them. I would not mind changing that host.

I have tried a dedicated server but don't know how to set it up.

Heres what I'm looking for.
A dedicated server that YOU can set up.
Or
A game host that can offer be a "bulk" Discount.

I can also add a banner add to my site for a host

Do they have to be in the US?
If I recall correctly, they charge $2 per public slot, so having 60 slots you pay $120 per month. For that I can offer you a decend dedicated machine.

Im really looking for a dedicated server with a control panel on it already.

What control panel exactly? In the price range you offer you will still be able to even get cpanel, but a less powerful machine.
Does the location of the server matter a lot?

If you order a dedicated server, I can walk you step by step on how to manage it with tutorials on how to setup cod, cs:s, whatever you need. As well as install your own control panel and etc. Since this will be a clan box, there is a control panel I can set you up with that won't add to the overall cost and should suit your needs.
