CPanel VPS
I am in need of a cPanel VPS with WHM/cPanel and preferably Fantastico and any extras like RVskins would be nice but for my price range I am not expecting it. I am not looking for specific space and transfer limits. It needs to be around $20 USD per month. Full Root Access is a MUST as it's my primary reason for requesting a VPS, and I am wishing to have it with WHM because i may be looking at hosting some sites and i need the space, transfer, bandwidth, RAM, to be easily upgradeable for when I need to grow for just my site or from being a small scale host. I will need 2 dedicated IP's which i can pay upto $2 extra for....

EDIT: also i've heard of systems that allow resellers to make resellers, that would be nice but i understand for my price range i probably won't get that.

Theres no way you can get a VPS at that price mate. A cPanel VPS licence alone costs about $5/Month.

Push your budget upto $20/Month and you may find a host.

actually a cpanel license for a vps provider is $15/mo they just defray the cost into the vps when charging an extra $5 for cpanel.

But yeah you will never find anyone trust worthy for $10/mo with cpanel

rv skins vps license $25 per year 2.08 per month
fatastico vps license $24.00 2.00 per month

we are at $19.08 monthly
do you think a provider is going to give you a 256MB Ram VPS
(minimum ram that I would suggest on a vps running cpanel)
for a $1.04 per month

you are going to have to raise price price to more than $20 per month

I wish I could come close to your budget but about $30.00 a month is about the cheapest you will find. The VPS has to have at MINIMUM 256 MB of ram just to run CPanel...Your not going to find it that cheap.
