CS 1.6 Server
I am looking to rent an 18 slot public server for my clan. My budget is 18-30 dollars. I need a server ping boosted and have ftp control. Also i am looking for a 10 slot private server under 15 bucs. I will need Test Ip please.

Locations i am looking for are somewhere around san jose or dallas.
