You should try a search on google for CSS, it should give plenty of results/answer.

Basically, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) is used to style a HTML page.

Unless you actually mean CS:S (Counter-Strik:Source) which is a game.

CSS is an abbreviation for Cascading Style Sheets. Style sheets are simply text files (.css ), composed of lines of code that tell browsers how to display an HTML page. They give the designer more control over the appearance of a webpage by allowing to specifically define styles for elements, such as fonts, on the page. By using CSS one could separate HTML content from its appearance, distinguishing style from structure.

"CSS" appears for "cascading design linens." CSS depends on an actual HTML framework and so you cannot make a Website simply out of CSS. CSS includes guidelines for how HTML components should act, and so if there is no factor for a design to management, the design is useless. A easy real-life example would be a activity title, say, hide-and-seek. The guidelines (the CSS) are that one individual ends their sight and matters while the other individual conceals. If there are no individuals enjoying (the HTML elements), the concept is useless.

CSS stands for cascading style sheet that tells the browser “how to display this html tag”. Actually CSS defines the layout of html documents.

You can search more information about css on internet.

CSS means Cascading Style Sheets. These files are actually design for a website which can define color scheme, height width and many other features for an HTML or other pages.
