Decent webhosting.
Hey, I am looking for a decent place to host my PHP website. The webhost must allow php e-mailing, and also FTP is a must. No ads on the site aswell, if the host is good enough, I will place an ad for the host on my site. Preferably more than 100mb of webspace, with a filesize limit of more than 3mb(no need for it to be over 10mb). If a cPanel is available, that would be great, but that's just a bonus.
I realize this is hard to come by, or atleast it is for me. Money is an issue with me, so free would be great. But if I cannot get free and have to do something for someone, I will see what I can do.

How would the starfree package be?

Cpanel, php5, Cpanel(all features including webmail)
Free sub-domain, 100MB of storage with no file size limit as long as your site doesn't go over the maximum storage limit.
And 1GB of transfer?
