Dedi. root, at least 40gb hdd, 512mb ram

hi!

I'm looking for a new dedicated server & provider, outside of EU and (if nobody tells me the opposite) outside of USA. The reason is simple: I hate data retention and lump-sum observation. This does not mean I do illegal activities, it's just a matter of human rights.

- a (non-sempron or celeron) +/- 1,8ghz CPU, I whould prefer an amd64. (no virtual servers)
- at least 40gb of usable disk-space, preferably in a raid1
- if no raid1, a second hdd (at least 40gb) for manual backups
- at least 512mb (max 1gb) ram
- pre-installed "pure" debian etch (if amd64, then the etch amd64 one). I only need access via ssh, I'll do the rest
- hosted within a "modern" NOC (you know.. USV, fire fighting system, admittance control...)

- 100mbit connection to a gbit backbone (or at least failsafe 100mbit connection)
- 100-250gb traffic, alert-system welcome!
- 4-8 IPv4-adresses (ripe or other ip-registry rules will be fulfilled)
- ipv6 additionally welcome
- it whould be great if the site could ping 80.81.192.133 or 213.191.87.165 in less than 100ms, I know thats difficult - but more than 200ms I whould not accept

- reset-service 24/7 or an admin panel for reset
- on hardware problems, the support needs to bring up the host within 24, better 12 hours

- payment quarterly, preferably in EUR, USD or GBP
- minimum contract duration of 1 year is ok, but after that quarterly cancellation should be possible
- lower (or no) set-up fee

Thanks for your offers in advance.

cheers,
Markus

Would you be interested in UK based servers? They cost more than US servers though.

What does that mean?
What do you want to use the server for exactly?

well you only offer UK and US servers anyways, lol, so i guess if hes dont want those locations we dont have servers to offer him, lol.. he will relize that he will be paying an arm and a leg, for a bad quality server now as he dont want to purchase from decent companies.

mveltre,
You'll want to have a look at HavenCo out of Sealand. You can contact them through E-mail for pricing.

I'm not affiliated with HavenCo so I have nothing to gain from this post, but if I were you, in your position, the only company I would go with in this thread would be HavenCo.

Good luck!
