between 0-80 will be difficult...

I'm not sure if you'll find that, easily atleast, for the specs you're requesting at the price.

EBG Hosting offers dedicated server solutions:

Intel Pentium IV 2.4Ghz 533Mhz Bus
512MB DDR System Memory
80GB 7200RPM IDE Hard Disk
2,000GB per month
$99.00 Setup Fee $110.00 Monthly
OR
$0 Setup Fee $120.00 Monthly

You could easily host a few shared hosting accounts to pay for your server. Then you could virtually use the rest of it for whatever you wanted.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us on our site. http://ebghosting.eclipse-business.com

Colocation means that YOU buy the server and hardware itself, and then you basically ship the machine off to a provider that is doing the colocation. They're basically renting you just rack space and bandwidth alone ,in one of their centers.

Dedicated hosting means that you're renting the machine and associated hardware, the rack space, and the bandwidth from them. The machine you rent should not have any other clients but yourself on it. The machine is yours and yours alone to do 'what you want' with it.
