dedicated or virtual server needed

these are my basic requirements (virtual or dedicated):

- linux and in any case root access
- webinterface like confixx
- 1 gb webspace
- about 100 gb transfer
- basically enough cpu power and ram to support some websites, at least 500 mhz though
- permission to install additional server-software (like bouncers)
- no expensive phone support, email preferred (not needed a lot anyway)


Or:
dedicated server usable as gameserver and webserver, maybe interested in tower housing (would have to be cheaper than the rented server) in germany - preferrably bavaria

minimum requirements here about the same - only the changes listed:
- 700+ gb free traffic (if less then price/gb would be interesting)
- 500+ mb ram
- cpu 800+ mhz, no duron or celeron
- low ping within germany at least


I'm not in a hurry but would probably be interested if there's a good offer - my requirement list is a bit vague so feel free to vary a bit
