I'm looking for a server with the following specs:
Any processor
Any RAM
At least 20 gb HD
Any OS and CP
At least 200 gb trnsfer
At least 2 IPs
Budget up to $30 a month

If you're looking for a server, you wont find one that cheap the only one I know that has a server that small is www.incognitonetworks.com, you might want to try a vps with monsterhosting.ca, or I guess you might be just looking for a shared hosting plan or a reseller because you're just asking for 20/200.
