Dedicated server in Asia or Russia.

Hi, I am looking for a dedicated server in Asia or Russia with the ability to host media.

This server should have AT LEAST 1,000gb transfer(aka bandwidth)
and a bandwidth connection of 10mbps-100mbps.
I need about 40-200gb disk space with cpanel/whm or DirectAdmin.
I'm looking for a price from $50-$200/m
Server can be anywhere from a celeron to a xeon, at least 1ghz+.
Server MUST have at least 512mb ram, NO LESS
