I need the following.

-P4 3.0 or higher CPU
-1 GB - 2 GB Ram
-cPanel w/ Fantastico
-100 to 1000 Mbit Uplink if possible- shared like though not dedicated lol i dont feel like spening $1700 a month for a connection
-CentOS or Fedora 3

And must be a company that has been in business for over 1 1/2 years.
