Dedicated server needed
Okay... Basically the monthly limit would need to be $55/month tops... Spec I'm not too worried about, as long as it can handle a LAMP system (Lighttpd instead of Apache probably), InspIRCd daemons, etc.

I wouldn't want a VPS/VDS since they're not exactly reliable from personal experience.

Can anyone make me an offer?

Erm, why post then? If I included IRC in the post then it's something I need. You've posted for something that doesn't conform to what I asked.
