I need a cheap dedicated server will the following:

40 GBs of Space
Any High Number of Bandwidth
Cpanel/WHM
256 MB Memory or Higher
Any 1 Gb Processor

By high amount of Bandwidth, do you need more than 1000GB's?

Also, what is your budget?

2000GB in+2000GB out
5 IPs

$110/mo + $0 Setup
$89/mo + $85 setup
$69/mo+$199 setup
