Hi i am looking for a dedicated server that will also allow IRC. It will be used to run a website aswell as the IRCd once the website has been built.

5 IPs
40G - 80G HD Or higher (higher the better)
Min 256 RAM
Debian OS Preffered
Control Panel ( Dont Need )
Min 200G data transfer
10 - 100Mbps Connection
With No set up fee.
Full Root Access Required


I want one as cheap as possible And WITHOUT CONTRACT.

I am able to find some good cheap ones that meet my requirements but they all want a setup fee. So as much help as possible will be great. Currency in USD preffered but may consider GBP.

It will be linking it to a network butthe network is not a big one, 3 servers exsist on the network that it may be attatched to.
