Dedicated Server with lots of traffic

I'm looking for a few quotes on a server. I have 2 quotes so far and looking for a few more. I'm planning on opening a video sharing site. Something like megaupload. I have one server now but they can not offer me the traffic I'm looking for.
This is my needs.
Linux box
AMD cpu
at least 400 gig hard drive space with option to upgrade
2 gig of memory
