Email virtual webhost needed... (not spam!)

Hi I have an mailing list of just over 1000 recipients. I have written a news application into my website that works pretty well. The problem is that the blasted host keeps on capping my emails at 200 per hour.

While I understand this it also makes it very difficult when you have a legitimate mailing list!

Does anyone perhaps know of a host that allows more than this to be sent out?

I have set the script to allow for "sleeptime" i.e. send out 200 emails then sleep for 1 minute etc... this can be adjusted in the config as per the host's requirements.

Sounds like you need a VPS or Dedicated server, what is your budget?

Thats the whole problem, at this point my budget is extremely low as I am busy getting my photography business together. I've decided to give up coding for a living.

1. How often is your mailing list sent out?
2. How much disk space will you require, I am assuming all you need is the Email service?
