I'm currently looking for a new host who can offer me VPS in trade for exclusive hosting endorsement.

The endorsement would consist of your company's click-able banner/logo/link on every page on Scriptionary.com which is currently being redone. The link would be displayed in the sidebar of the menu and the sidebar on the blog.

Description
Scriptionary.com is a website offering graphics programming related articles in a Wiki format, which means that the community can give input, edit and add content to the website as they see fit. The domain has been around (in one way or another) since 2000 (see archive), in current form for about 2 years.

The site's eventual goal is to provide as much information as possible on Graphics Programming from Raytracing to mode 13h to Realtime (not specific to video games) while giving credit to the original author through the Creative Commons Licensing Scheme.

There's much content being written for the site, including serial articles, in other words, the site's far from being done.

Statistical Details
The domain URL (http://scriptionary.com) has a PageRank of 3/10 but since the move to the Wiki software the current URL (http://scriptionary.com/Main_Page) doesn't display a PageRank yet. The site is currently being linked to from several high-PageRank domains including OpenGL.org, so I expect a boost in PageRank soon. According to Yahoo!, there are at least 524 inlinks currently pointing to the website.

I can offer traffic stats (Google analytics) if so required but I'd rather not post them here on the forums. Regardless of that, the current Alexa rank is 620,021 since the site's re-conception after being down for over three months.

What I'm looking for
Basically a Windows (srv 03 etc.) VPS that can be altered without having to inform party X of "this and that" change and can handle traffic well. US only please. My current host, a temporary shared account, can't handle traffic and experiences frequent downtime. Also, a single dedicated IP address and RDP access so the host can be configured/customized (DNS, FTP, SMTP etc).
