Fast asp.net 2.0 hosting with MS Sql server 2000

I need:
- a very fast asp.net 2.0 host (also 1.1).
- At least 1000MB diskspace
- At least 10Gig bandwidth
- seperate shared MS Sql server 2000 at least 1 database
- separate mail server (unlimited emails)
- 99.9% uptime or more, very reliable service
- automatic daily backups of diskspace ( sql server, files,...)
- good support (24/7) preferable live chat
- unlimited files (some only allow about 20.000 files)
- at least 3 domains and at least 10 subdomains allowed

I must be able to grow to 100's of gigs of bandwith for a reasable price.

To be able to grow a bit I don't like to pay 20$ per 10MB or something for MS Sql server. I rather share it with the diskspace offered.

For now I don't use a lot of bandwith and space, but it's always good to look at any future needs.

Currently I pay about 7$ per month and for my asp.net 1.1 sites I'm very happy, good support, good uptime. But not for my asp.net 2.0 sites these are to slow compared to my asp.net 1.1 sites.

When my site is started up it cost for the first hit on a page up to 20 seconds to load. Even when the page is cached it costs now and then up to 10 seconds I see in my logs. And that for a cached page. It should load way under 1 sec and it does that but to much of the time the response time is to slow.

For simple pages that don't even access a database that is not acceptable.

So I'm looking for a hoster that has not overcrowded his servers or has a lot of performance dips.

For a new project I'm thinking about I want a site were people can have some adult contact, talk to each other. And yes there will be more explicit pictures (nude) and some more explicit language.
