Host needed asap without cPanel

but with another control panel and not plesk as the both control panels work on ports or something like that, here's what i need in details:

2GB or more webspace
40GB or more bandwidth
subdomains
php/mysql
email acounts ... etc

I already have a registered domain and a host, the problem is MySQL server goes down every week for a 12 hours continuously, and I already have good mount of members and I don't want them to go away, I use this site for wap services, we have a forum, and a chat rooms, as we offer free chat script hosting for other wap sites, and we also offer a ranking service for wap sites, we currently pay 10$ monthly, but we are ready to pay up to 15$ at the moment as all our services are free, and we absolutly don't earn money for our services.

I need it fast, before MySQL server goes down again, and I don't want it with cPanel because I connect to the internet through Proxy/firewall so I cant access cPanel, if you have a work-around for this problem then I can get cPanel, my current control panel is KonsoleH, and it works fine for my current internet connection settings, and I've been testing some control panels and I found that VHCS is enough, I don't care about fantastico, as I'm using the site for wap, and I prefere to do my own scripting.
