I have now a reseller account that have:

120GB of space and 1200GB of bandwich for $50 month. But now im lookinf for freedom and i want a semi dedicate or dedicate server to sell whm and to have more freedom and dont depend to much from others.

I want that the semi or dedicate have 100GB of space maximum 120GB and 1000 GB of bandwich maximum 1200GB for $50 month or less. And Cpanel/WHM. If you have another good offer please post it here.

Let me help you here. First, cPanel/WHM is an expensive commercial license that costs on average $20 per month. Second, the company that provided you 120GB on a shared server is in fact overselling by far and for $50 a month and 1200GB? Others will tell you the same. Third, you will never find a quality hosting provider on a quality network with quality support for "$50 month or less" for your requirements. You have to up your budget or lower your requirements.
