Couple things to point out here....

80 gb space is a lot for a reseller account. 120 GB transfer and 80 gb space? That means you can upload your 80 gb's of space once in the first month and then download half of it then your out of bandwidth. Perhaps I should suggest lowering your space requirements. I know most people will say go for a dedicated server if you need 80 GB space and I kinda agree with them.

Going with a dedicated servers going to cost you around $120 for the server (on a good provider) and then $70-$80 for the admin (A good admin). Therefore your total cost would be around $180-$200 for your requested specs if you go with the dedicated server route.

Research your hosting company before you signup for services. Make sure they have been in business for a few years and have no bad feedback from customers. Also ask your future host where their servers are located and what what or whose network they are on. As far as the price budget, 80gb of space you will definitely need a dedicated server, as I highly doubt it any decent provider is willing to tie up a server for $40/month. The going rate on a good network from a good provider with a 99.98% guarantee will be around $129-$190/month.
