I would like a Counter strike Source Server.

I am looking into starting a CS:source server. I am willing to pay up to $20 a month. It would only start out as maybe 16 public slots, with voice. 100 tic if possible. I live in Flagstaff az, so I need a server that would be located in arizona or california, with a low ping from my area...
