In need of .NET reseller hosting (Dedicated or VPS considered)

I'm in need of a suitable .NET web hosting package which will have the following features:

Windows 2003
2 - 3Gb disk space
50 - 75Gb bandwidth
ASP.NET
Minimum of 5 MS SQL 2000 Databases
Full read/write access (see below)
Ability to add extra commercial .NET components into bin directory
HELM control panel
30 day money back

The read/write access permissions is very important. Our present host's systems seem to have problems when a web application tries to create directories. It may be a problem with the .NET Framework itself, which is why we need to make sure our applications can be installed on a host first (hence, the need for a 30 day money back guarantee).

If you are looking to spend $120+, then i could possibly help you out on the Dedicated server option.
