Hey,
First off can i just say, why does everybody spam there sites?
clearly these are just start up hosts, so i wouldnt trust your site with them, they will pack up in a few months...
if you do still require web hosting have you thought about a bigger company??
or even perhaps a vps, but webhosting would be more then enough for you!
does it matter if its linux or windows hosting??
regards.

Smaller is better!
Bigger companies lack the personal touch and customer service tends to fall down
Or you can use someone like godaddy, where your money you give the CEO allows him to go and kill elephants and post the videos over the Internet!!
Lovely.....
So sometimes the 'smaller' companies are a better option.
Although, If they use VistPanel or a lot of own brand control panels - stay away!! They are not serious and indeed may disappear as they have either a free reseller account or a cheap one with no real investment.
And what is meant by 'smaller'?
Don't waste thousands and thousands $$ on advertising??
Some of the 'smaller' hosts are understated but have many customers!
So it is a weigh up. Look for hosts that use their own DNS, that's one clue. Are they on the back of someone or do they have their own DNS.
A lot of these deemed 'smaller' companies invest hard earned cash into their infrastructure and are not going to disappear overnight, indeed they are going to look after their customers a damn sight better than the big hosts!
(Search around for hostgator customer service and you will see what I mean, many bad experiences.)
I know that each and every customer I have are important, they are the reason I am here. They chose to give me their hard earned money and I respect that and will give them the best damn service I can!!
