Looking For A dedicated Server Maybe VPS

Hello, I am looking for a new server, or maybe large VPS, on a good server.
I currently have a dedicated server, but the company i am with are on the verge of collapse, so i wat to get my accounts ro a new server ASAP
I currently have a P4 3.0GHz HT, 1GB ram, 100MBs connection 2*120GB HD, and i pay $200 a month

I would be looking for a similar server, if not the same.
The server must be HT enabled, and have cPanel/WHM and preferably fantastico.

I have some excellent deals on P4's right now, none are HT though. Is that a 100% must have?

Well id really like them to have 2 cpu's, but please give me a price on the ones you have now

100mb/s dedicated? you're talking of around 30Tb of monthly bandwidth in that. is that what you need or a 100mbit port?

Hmmm... thats as expensive as my old server and not as good.

Id need much better stats for that price

Id only need half that bandwidth, but id need alot bigger hard drive
