Do you have accounts already? If not I would suggest maybe starting with a VPS or reseller account to save yourself some money in the beginning.

Please explain how you get 8GB on this machine, when I confirmed with dell that it only goes to 4GB. So please do explain this one, dont say it can go to something it cant, and were is your company site, you only have 16 posts. Just an little worried about this being an spammer.

Is there a reason why you need a dedicated server? I would highly recommend going with Dreamhost.com as they will provide you full access to ssh and your Apache configs so unless you are going to be running other apps from the server this may fit your need perfectly. We have been using them for almost a year now and moved off of a Softlayer dedicated box. I will never go back unless I have a special need later, this is the way to go.
