Looking for a PHP host with XSL support, preferably a free one.

Off and on for the last few months, I've been searching for a free web host that offers everything I need, but so far, such a host seems to exist only in my dreams. So, I'm turning to here finally, hoping someone may be able to point me in the right direction, or confirm that what I want could only be had in my dreams.

My requests:
  • Space: I don't need a lot, but I would like room for my site to expand over time. I'd say 200 MB or more would be good, even as low as 50 MB would be fine, if need be.
  • Bandwidth: Not an important consideration yet; how about 1 GB a month? I'd be willing to negotiate on this.
  • PHP5 with XSL extension enabled: This is crucial because I use XML/XSL to make my site "template-driven". PHP4's XSLT extenstion would not work for me.
  • XML and XSL files allowed: That ought to come already if XSL were enabled, but it doesn't hurt to mention anyway.
  • .htaccess use allowed
  • FTP Access
  • Custom 404 pages allowed
  • Apache mod_rewrite enabled
  • Ability to install a blog, such as WordPress
  • No forced ads: Well, I'd be willing to put text links, as long as they wouldn't break the validity of my HTML.
  • Multiple languages allowed: This is not necessary right away--in the future, I might consider making my site accessible to other languages.
  • Reliability, as in high uptime, fast server, good support, etc.

My optional requests:
  • Apache mod_deflate enabled: I'm surprised few if any hosts seem to feature this or any other HTTP compression? It would surely reduce bandwidth usage and therefore costs on the maintenance end, right?
  • A free E-mail account
  • Short domain name: This is talking about the web host's name, not my own. I'd like to have my own domain eventually, but I'd be fine so far with a subdomain or subdirectory.

Maybe there is a host out there appropriate for me...if so, may someone point me to it...thanks in advance, whoever helps me, or tries to help. I appreciate it.

Sincerely,

Anthony

I will suggest you to go with paid hosting rather then free, it will give you peace of mind and more freedom with your hosting needs.
Now-a-days one can get reliable hosting at much cheaper rates then ever.
