Looking for a dedicated server, especially if someone from Servermatrix has one they're willing to part with (wanting a reason to move up).

Requirements:

Prefer a P4 2.4+ghz
At least 512MBs of memory (with option to upgrade)
WHM/CPanel
Less than $130/mon

For hosts wanting to post their deals: How much will it cost to recompile Apache/PHP/Mysql? Need mod_fastcgi installed too.

Really prefer a P4. I may reconsider if the AMD offer comes with more features or the installer can do the setup I need.

What's important is the compiling of Apache/PHP/Mysql, bandwidth is good and pages get to their destination fast enough. I'd do the compiling myself, but never installed mod_fastcgi before, and don't want it to conflict with the rest of the software.
