Looking for cheap web hosting for ~10Mb webpage

I need a really tiny webhosting for my personal CV webpage. I found this place and hope to have a good offer from some friendly company.

What I need:
- fast access from Europe and US, primarily.
- UNIX or Linux hosting, no Microsoft.
- few Mb for the content. Just as little as 10 Mb. More is better, but not actually needed.
- reasonable traffic allowance or uncountable traffic.
- one email address with opportunity to forward it elsewhere.
- FTP access and optionally ssh access.
- php and optionally MySQL to maintain simple helpful scripts..
- 3rd level free domain. Maybe a cheap option for 2nd level domain, but not really necessary as of now.
- price close to $10-15 per year, with opportunity to pay by either VISA or PayPal (or bank transfer in Euro within "euro-zone").

Well. I just meant that I need a 3rd level domain, such as myname.mywebhoster.com (not like www_cache1.webhoster.com/~myname)

And I am interested in 2nd level domain (myname.com) if there are cheap options to buy one.
