Looking for Dedicated Server

I currently own a webhosting company and I am hosted on a reseller package with 6 gb space and 50 gb bandwidth. However, I would like to expand and become a bigger and better host with bigger and better plans and also offer resellers myself. Here are the specs of a server I would like:

Intel Pentium 4 or Celeron 2.4 GHz
512 MB-1GB Memory
80 GB+ Hard Drive
1200 GB+ Transfer
Fedora Linux OS
cPanel/WHM w/ Fantastico
No setup preferred
Good support

I would also need help to move all the accounts from my current host to the new server. There are some things I would like to talk about too and it would be good if the host had some type of live chat or instant messenger we could talk through. Also the host must have been around for atleast 2+ years. I need a good stable host with a good reputation.

That's a big step forward if you're jumping from 6gb storage and 50gb bandwidth to a dedicated server. ( Might not need so much, wasting money )

Might Look into VDS maybe?

Im looking to sell resellers too and also upgrade all of my plans. It is a big jump space wise however its nothing I cant "handle".

he riped me off so i would not really trust him
and his Servers Suck they lag like bs when more than 10 people are in

First of all I save every email and that was never said and I CAN prove it. and Second of all I have doznes of customers who would disagree. . . . Now I would very much enjoy stopping this, because frankly you are starting to ignore me. You know that there were several complaints filed against you by current customers for harasing them. and you know you never got one sale.
