Looking For Dedicated Server arround $80 - $90/m

I am looking for a dedicated server with free setup that has at least the following specs:

Low end P4
1gig Ram
80Gig HDD
1000Gig transfers

Cpanel / Whm / Funtastico.

Any help would be great.

maybe able to run 2 small ircd shells

i can offer you one, but you will need to higher up your budget. If you think of spending $150-190/month or so, we can fix a dedicated solution with IRC enabled.

I don't think you are going to find that server for under a $100. You will probably need to look for a PIII, or possibly a Celeron. I have a couple extra P4 machines that I am looking to get rid of right now, but you would have to increase your budget a little bit.
