Looking for mail hosting / server

I'm looking for a solution for the following problem:
- I have a domain (so I don't need a new domain)
- I am going to be hosted on a windows server with no email server

What I need
So I'm in need of a company that can offer me a few mailboxes I can use for my sites so I can send and receive email. I send emails from within my website coding through your server.
- About 3-5 will do with a few 100 mb.
- stability is important
- forwarding is possible

Please some info
I read something about changing mx records so that all goes well but I have no experience with that so please also some info about that.

Amount of mails:
At current about 10.000 mails are maximum send on one day.
It is mostly users getting emails from other user in the site (1000) or once every few months a newsletter (about 9000 emails). But this amount can increase as my users will increase. So certain email limits are not preferred.

I really only use the mailboxes for forwarding and not really for storage. It will not be heavy usage.

At current I am hosted on a shared environment and have unlimited emails for about 3years without any problem.

Sponsoring is also good, and I will add a logo email hosted by company x to give you some extra promotion.

We can help with email hosting, but would need a better understanding of the email need.

What you are suggesting could be thought of as spamming. If you were to do it from a alternate version of the current domain for the mail sending, then things would appear smoother.
