Low cost dedicated server required

I'm shopping around for a low-cost dedicated server. Should have free setup. The specifications are not particularly important at this point.

However, package should include:

Windows 2003 Server
Helm
MSSQL database

Managed or Unmanaged?

You can try LayeredTech if you need unmanaged, for managed servers try allmanaged.com, liquidweb.com (Not cheap, but very good).

I believe with your requirements, it's not cheap. Windows 2003 costs around $30/month, dedicated MS SQL Server costs $70 at least with new edition. And for running both SQL Server and webserver on the same box, it would be P4 3GHz at least or better with 1 or 2GB RAM. It costs $100 more at least
