i'm looking for a dedicated or virtual dedicated server with the following specs:
>1ghz processor
>256mb ram
>40gb hd
100mbit connection
cpanel/whm
1000-2000gb transfer
>99.5% uptime
os: pretty much any popular linux distro or windows would be fine
<50 usd per month
it would also be great if it wasn't some limited period special offer, since i may not buy it right away.
