Multiple Domain Hosting

I am looking for a host with these requirements, if anyone could help, I'd be very grateful.

My employer is currently looking for a web host that supports the following:
- having 100+ domains registered to the account
- unlimited virtual servers
- a LOT of webspace (20 gigs is more than enough)
- near unlimited bandwidth
- 99.9% uptime
- good service

Price isn't really an option. He is currently dishing out over $200 a month for an OLD rackspace server. He is also paying for a shared IX server (which is basically used for php and mysql). He owns at least 40 domains and plans on adding many more. The problem is, IX only allows 16 domains to be registered to any one account. If there is a 'per price' I think it would be worth checking out. Thanks =D

We would be needing something a little more powerful. But when I added in the basics (2 gigs of ram, plesk w/ unlimited domains, and a few other minor features) it came out to over $230 per month w/ the coupon. This is in addition to the setup fees. The smaller server would be great, except we get over 80,000 hits per day. I seriously doubt 512 ram and a p4 processor could handle that. Thanks anyway =(
