Need 30 different IP "C block"

Hello,
I need 30 different, non sequential IP "C block".

The website are all on the same niche, and I don't want
to spend a fortune on it (but I want them to be reliable).

The only reason I'm doing this is for SEO purpose.
Looks like my PR is penalized by the fact that now I have
all of them in just 2 hosts, and they all link to my main site
(wich is in 1 of this 2 hosts)...

So I was looking on some reseller options, but they all come
with sequential Ip's, and all on the same "C block".


any suggestions or feedback are welcome.

Sorry for the ignorance, but did I ask something off the chart?

I simply have this situation and wondering how to solve it.
(btw, the primary website is totally legit, with REAL content)

I guess your replay refer to the fact that getting 30 ips from
a single host is not duable, but I'm totally open to get them
from different sources, if need it (or even thorw away all the
support sites, if is the better solution).

Basically to have 30 IP's for the purpose of SEO is not allowed as per ARIN (who regulates IP's) regulations.

What you would be better off doing is finding a host with either 30 servers and request an account on all of them or finding 2-4 hosts with more then one server to spread your accounts over them.
