Need a dedicated or VPS

I am still considering whether I will buy a vps or Dedicated but I need the following specs from each:

If I get a dedicated I would be in the price range of 40 euros I would take a linux box with:
2.0 ghz +
512mb
10mpbs minimum

VpS:
256mb RAM
Linux
Cpanel/WHM
Unmetered bandwidth

I really would like an Unmetered VPS. It would be great if I could get it in the UK but I will take a US host.

Space?

Oh and for the VPS the price range is from 1-40 $

What speed would you want your VPS Unmetered to be?
