need a dedicated server for mailing/hosting

I do small whitelist mailings. I get very little to no complaints at all. I will perhaps get one once in a while since there are always bad emails out there. When I do get one, I don't want to be shut down. I follow all laws.

What I need:

US Dedicated server.
- Decent processor Celeron 1.8 and up or P4 1.4 and up or AMD 2.0 and up.
- 2 - 3 Static IPs that will never be changed (at least for 1 - 2 years).
- Proper forward and reverse DNS setup.
- Decent bandwidth and space.
- Ability to host at least 1 domain (for mailing and perhaps hosting [most likely not hosting])
- Windows OS (doesn't matter if it's 2000 or 2003)
- Need to be able to use Remote Desktop

I'm looking to pay around 100 - 200 per month. I don't want to pay 1000 since I am not doing anything illegal and I don't generate complaints.

Listen, I would personally recomend going with an actual dedicated server provider... it is a little more costly, but you get service that isn't always provided with indivuals offering service (not to insult anyone).

I've used Rackspace before, and they "good" but pretty costly, so I'd reocmmend LiquidWeb... I've been with them for almost a year and I havne't expereinced one down tiem... and thier support has been support. I have a referal URL if you decide to sign up

liquidweb.com/?RID=vkoduru

You dont' have to use it, but I would appreciate it if you decide to pick LiquidWeb.
