I need a server to host a proxy script (like proxify.com)

at least 100 MB disk space

I doubt he would get close to the 400GB mark without going over the 10% CPU limit, using a proxy script. Proxy scripts tend to use quite some resources.
Plus he is asking for a price around 25/yr, zimata doesnt match that!

Zimata is using DuoServers from LiquidNet. They don't host proxy.
